That’s not Wonder Woman. This is Wonder Woman!

Adrianne Palicki as Wonder Woman
I’ve kept my mouth shut all week about the Adrianne Palicki Wonder Woman pics that have been circling the interwebs but now it’s time to cash in on the Google traffic. Like everyone on the planet I was appalled when I saw the first pic of the new costume. I wanted to give the producers the benefit of the doubt that they could pull it off but after seeing the re-designed costume in motion I think the show is destined for failure.
Look I get it, it’s completely impractical for a woman to fight crime in the classic costume (even worse for an actress as there is no place for stunt padding) but the problem is once you change the costume this drastically the character ceases to be “Wonder Woman”. Adrianne Palicki’s costume is actually fairly faithful to the one currently used in the comics (designed by legendary artist Jim Lee) but that doesn’t make it the right one. Just because Jim Lee thinks it looks good doesn’t make it so. I choose to remember Wonder Woman in her classic costume and I choose to jerk off to pics like the one below by Keven Taylor because that’s what I think Diana Prince would want. Sorry Adrianne, my semen will not be spilled to your image anytime soon.

San Diego Comic Con 2009 – Costume Babes
I went to San Diego Comic Con for the first time yesterday (which is kinda sad considering I have lived in Los Angeles for three years) and it was insane! There were a shit ton of people, most of whom were nerds, and a lot of cool shit to look at and drool over. On the down side; there was a perpetual smell of b.o. in the air coupled with the all-too-frequent “rogue fart” that you would walk into. All that aside, probably my favorite part of the day (next to getting the Gentle Giant Boba Fett Comic Con Exclusive bust) was checking out all the people walking around in costumes…particularly the babes.
Here are some of my favorites (I only had my cell phone camera so I apologize for the shitty quality and promise to have a better camera next year).

Super Girl

The Baroness

Jean Grey

Bayonetta

Red Sonja

Power Girl
And finally to top off the day I accidentely called Tyrese Gibson “Taye Diggs”…he wasn’t too happy

Jessica Rabbit by REIQ
Hey, remember when Jessica Rabbit was the hottest chick ever? Hell even my dad was drooling over her! It was a really weird time for me because I was pretty young (10 to be exact) when Who Framed Roger Rabbit came out but I was old enough to know that having a cartoon make my penis move was an exercise in futility. A I got older I learned to accept my cartoon fetish but at the time all I knew was that she was a mega hottie the likes of which I had never seen. I have been a fan of REIQ for a while and he never ceases to amazing me with his awesome talent. He totally nails Jessica Rabbit’s sex appeal while giving her a modern look. If you want to check out more of REIQ’s amazing artwork click here.
My first porn
I guess it makes sense that the first porn I ever purchased was an adult comic book. They were easy to come by for someone who frequented comic book conventions on a regular basis and looked 15 when in fact they were only 11. Obviously I would read stuff like Wonder Woman growing up because she made my pants tight before I even knew what was happening but this was different. This was straight up sex…drawn! So thus began my infatuation with cartoon porn starting with Leather & Lace #1 by Barry Blair for Aircel Comics.
